You can easily adjust the weight from 5 to 25 lbs. by simply moving the adjustment knob to your desired weight.

The Bayou Dumbbell Bench has seven incline adjustments from flat to a 90 degree military position. The back support cushion was designed with a dual purpose in mind. In the rotated position it becomes a preacher curl. The preacher curl can be adjusted to six different angles to better suit your needs.

Bayou's Adjustable Dumbbell Bench is constructed from 2" x 2" steel tubing. This heavy duty 14 gauge steel frame has a durable powder coat finish with a 2" thick commercial quality cushion.
