Regardless of your level of experience in strength training, one of the most basic and fundamental pieces of strength equipment you will need is an FID bench. The EF-7604 combines these attributes with expandability, function and an attractive professional appearance. The segmented back pad features a tapered shape for comfort during any exercise with thick foam for safety and longevity. The ladder back design allows for one decline setting, one flat setting and five incline settings to provide a base for a myriad of upper body workouts on the EF-7604. The tapered and notched seat has multiple adjustments for just the right angle or leg length. This reduces the stress in the hamstrings, knees and hips during decline exercises. The seat adjustment is made by pulling a pin toward the rear of the unit for a quick and easy adjustment. The notch in the seat pad accommodates future expansion in the EF-7604 with additional attachments. Also attached to the front tube that is used to hold additional attachments is an adjustable ankle hold down station. This station features dual 4.33” vinyl wrapped roll pads with chrome end caps and can be adjusted with an L pin to four different heights. This creates both the ability to use the unit as a decline ab bench (by laying the back rest into the decline position) as well as provides a way to stabilize the lower body when performing upper body routines for maximum impact and perfect form. The wide front U bar helps eliminate a “wobble” sensation that can occur with straight front braces. The entire frame is 11-gauge steel and is assembled with thick steel bolts and brackets, which support a large weight capacity. The ends of the back brace and front U bar both feature rubber wraps that are bolted to the unit for skid proof features and a finished appearance. |
