| While FID (flat, incline, decline) weight benches are essential to any strength training routine, they are often limiting for lower body exercises. The EF-7606 answers that issue for your compatible bench. This simple attachment adds leg extension and leg curl capabilities to your existing appropriate EF bench. The leg support tube that connects to your bench features five height adjustment settings to accommodate users of various heights and leg lengths. This tube, like the rest of the frame, is made of 11-gauge steel.  The oversized 4.33” leg curl pads (the upper ankle pads) extend from the joint where they meet the leg support tube and are fully wrapped in high quality vinyl. Leg curls using the EF-7606 are done lying face down on your existing EF bench with the backrest in the flat position. This simple exercise strengthens, tightens and lifts the hamstrings and backside without unnecessary stress on the hip or knee joints.
The oversized lower ankle pads extend from the upper frame piece. Both these ankle pads and those on the leg curl section are made of high quality foam for the most comfort on your legs. These are topped with chrome end caps for a finished and professional appearance. Leg extensions are performed while sitting on your existing EF bench with the backrest in an upright position and target the quadriceps muscles. Both stations utilize a standard size (1” diameter) weight post. The joint on which both stations pivot use a thick screw and nut design for long-term usage and a smooth, even feel. |
