| Strong and well-defined upper legs are not only a goal for a better physical appearance but also for reduction of stress on the joints, better sports related performance and rehabilitation and overall improved daily movement. A great way to strengthen the  entire upper leg (quads and hamstrings) as well as tighten and lift the backside is to perform leg curls and leg extensions with proper form. The EF-7615 forces that proper form and provides a better free range of motion than the same exercises performed without a specialized machine. The seat and backrest as well as the thigh hold-down are fully adjustable to fit most size  individuals. These three locations as well as the press arm are generously padded (4.33” vinyl wrapped roll pads) for comfort and the seat is tapered and rolled to provide a soft brace for the rear of the leg during each repetition. Leg curls are performed in a standing position by adjusting the press arm along the multiple positions afforded on the oversized chrome cam. This adjustment is performed with an oversized pop pin for quick and easy migration between exercises. Both exercises utilize an offset swing arm for the plate weight resistance as well as a plate post on the rear of the unit for stabilization and convenient storage. Both posts are chrome with removable Olympic adapters. The entire frame is created of thick steel tubes bolted together at all joints for long-term reliability. This combination of strength and comfort create a solid piece of fitness equipment that will be used with great results for many years. |
