Squats are a great exercise to strengthen and stretch the entire lower body (quads, calves, hamstrings, calves, hips) but are often unsafe and uncomfortable to do without assistance. This is where a squat rack fits perfectly. The EF-7619 offers nine positions on the self-racking front of the unit in addition to two adjustable safety lockouts. This will allow you to begin and end your workout with the bar in the safest and most ideal location. The reverse pitch of the uprights also allows for a natural movement during the beginning and end of the workout.

The rear of the EF-7619 features four storage posts for conveniently housing your plate weights. These also double as a counterbalance for the weight you place on the front of the unit.

The wide base and curved style of the front feet create a stable rack that will resist tipping or swaying during long-term usage.

In addition to the fantastic features and artisanship of the EF-7619, the frame is designed to withstand long-term usage without fail. The frame pieces are 11-gauge steel and all connection points feature wide plates and steel bolts. The gunrack plates are also designed to meet the high quality you come to expect from EF brand products. These plates are carefully shaped and made from ¼” steel with chrome plating. The fifteen adjustments on the safety lockouts are created with tension into holes on the rear of the frame. The main bar racking is also held securely to the frame with three steel bolts per side. All of these features and attributes combine to create a rack that you will find to be of great use and benefit in your home gym.
