Model EF-4412 If space is a major concern for you and you still want all the functionality of a flat and incline bench with an attached rack, then the EF-4412 is ideal. This combines reversible crutches on a steel frame with an adjustable backrest, dual action leg developer and a unique butterfly attachment. The dual uprights feature large open crutches with safety hooks. These adjust to five positions in both forward and rear facing directions for use with upper body presses and as a low squat stand. The adjustments are made with large knobs screwed through the frame for easy adjustment during a workout and with or without workout gloves. The segmented 30.5” L x 8.5”-11.5” W backrest adjusts to three positions for varying start locations in upper body work using a plate weights, as well dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, weighted bars, etc. The two elevated positions are held in place by a straight steel bar placed into the welded cups on the inside of the upright frame. The flat position allows the backrest to lie securely on the frame of the bench. The comfort of the 2.5” thick padding is also mirrored in the seat that is securely bolted to the frame of the EF-4412. In addition to the myriad of exercises available with the bench and rack, the EF-4412 includes a dual action leg attachment and a dual butterfly station. The leg attachment allows for both leg extensions and curls to be done on the EF-4412 by attaching your own plates weights to the standard size plate post (1”) found on the front. The leg developer fits tightly into the frame of the EF-4412 itself and the lock knob found on the rear of the front upright provides two unique positions to accommodate multiple height individuals. Each of the 4” roll pads are placed at just the right height and distance from one another to provide comfort throughout your routine. The dual butterfly attachment mounted to the frame increases the amount of upper bodywork capable on the EF-4412 by adding the ability to work the entire chest area when plates are loaded on the standard size posts. This additional feature can add size and lift to the full chest area for a healthy and youthful appearance. The 4” roll pads are comfortably placed to avoid any stress on your arms or hands during a chest routine. This usability is all combined in a 14-gauge frame with a heavy overall weight capacity. The EF-4412’s frame also features thick square plugs an attractive baked powder coat finish and polished chrome end caps.
