If you are looking for variety in your abdominal workout, the EF-4416 is ideal. This 12-position decline ab bench provides more impact in your ab workout than a flat crunch could provide. The functionality allows more basic users to start out at a low setting and become stronger over time while also providing users that are more advanced an equally great workout. These settings are offered by the 12 unique height settings adjusted with an oversized spring-loaded pop pin. After choosing the ideal resistance level, you then hook your legs between the dual ankle pads that are spaced at an ideal distance from one another to comfortably fit most size users.

You can position yourself comfortably between these pads with the aid of the ergonomically contoured “easy-up” handle. Throughout your routine and during any stretching periods, you are supported securely by the contoured 44.5” L x 12.5”-15” W backboard with 2.5” thick foam. These considerations to comfort are married with a 14-gauge, 2” x 3” steel frame and thick steel bolts for stability and strength. The rubber-coated endcaps found on one end create a skid proof base while the transport wheels on the other end allow for easy transport of the EF-4416 before or after a routine.
