The most common piece of fitness equipment found in any home or commercial gym is the FID bench. A flat, incline and decline weight bench allows a myriad of exercises to be performed on one compact piece of equipment without the need to invest in a separate apparatus for each station.

The EF-4417 is set apart from the rest by its functionality, reliability and stability. It features a fully adjustable segmented and ergonomic back pad with multiple spring loaded pin adjustments from decline to full military position. In addition, the 2.5” thick seat adjusts on incline teeth with a steel pin for proper alignment with the back and/or ankle pads. The 4” adjustable roll pads at the base of the EF-4417 allow you to use the bench as a decline ab trainer as well as a brace for decline training. This all enables the EF-4417 to be truly a fully adjustable, multipurpose FID bench.

While the functionality of the bench is quite important, the strength and longevity of the materials in the frame, pads and adjustment is a very crucial element as well. The 14-gauge steel frame is held together at all joining points by thick steel bolts. The back, seat and roll pads contain high quality foam with thick crease and sweat resistant vinyl covering. The roll pads measure 4” in thickness and are capped with chrome plated end caps. The multiple back rest adjustments create a unique blend of an incredibly sturdy position and of quick, easy movement to integrate with circuit training. The incline adjustment found on the seat offers the same features in a different design. This is all wrapped together with an attractive appearance and professional style to generate the perfect FID bench in the EF-4417.
