The EF-4419 combines a multi-function FID bench with a preacher pad, leg developer and arm curl bar in one compact footprint. The 31” L x 7.5”-10.75” W back pad adjusts to 8 positions in flat, incline, decline and Military position with a screw in, spring loaded wing nut along a chrome sliding tube. Located in front of the 15.75” L x 10.75”-13.5” W seat pad is a thickly padded preacher pad for the best bicep curls using a free weight laden curl bar, dumbbells or the included removable curl bar. The included curl bar integrates seamlessly with plate weights attached to the leg developer.

The preacher pad itself can adjust to six unique vertical positions to meet the needs of a wide field of user heights. Both the preacher pad and the curl bar can be removed to allow a free range of motion in the dual action leg developer. The steel leg attachment is not removable which allows for a high weight capacity on the standard size weight post (the Olympic sleeve that is included with the EF-4419 is removable however). This dual action leg developer allows for comfortable leg curls and leg extensions for users of various leg lengths due to the carefully chosen locations of each set of the 4” roll pads. By utilizing both exercises, you can target your entire upper leg and backside for strength, shaping and lifting.

All of these proven attachments are securely attached to the 14 gauge main frame of the EF-4419. The entire main frame is a single steel piece, which reduces failure points that could rarely occur in frames that consist of multiple pieces bolted together. The front U bar is wide for ultimate stability, especially during usage of the leg developer. The rear T bar is equally stable to support the backrest during your routine. All four ends are wrapped in skid proof rubber end caps for a finished and professional appearance.
