If you have an EF bench with expansion abilities then the EF-4425 is a great choice for increasing the workouts available on your existing bench. This dual use leg attachment fits into the front tube of the expandable EF bench you already have and adjusts to five vertical positions. The 14 gauge steel frame unit also features six 4” roll pads with chrome end caps for maximum comfort. Strengthen your quadriceps and leg extensions when augmenting your hamstrings and lifting/tightening your backside.

The pivot point is made securely to support a high weight capacity with a 3/8” steel hex bolt for a smooth even motion and long term usability. The removable Olympic adapter on the swinging arm is attached with a spring clip to allow a quick change between Olympic and standard size weights.
