Purchasing all these attachments could become expensive so a great alternative is an Olympic FI bench such as the EF-4421, which would include all these upgrades in one package. The EF-4421 features an independent modifiable backrest and seat, removable dual-action leg developer, adaptable dip station and a dual direction rack.

The 30.75” L x 8.25”-10.75” W backrest adjusts to three incline positions and one flat position with a steel back bar in slots along the uprights of the main frame. This allows for a variety of exercises such as flat and incline bench presses, chest presses, shoulder presses, triceps extensions and a myriad more. The 14.25” L x 10.5”-12.25” W seat adjusts to ten lateral positions to ensure that the bench can be used as close to or as far away from the rack as necessary. This also allows the incline of the backrest to be altered to increase the amount of exercises available.

The dual action leg developer that is included with the EF-4421 allows for both leg curls and leg extensions with contoured 4” roll pads and a removable 8.25” L Olympic adapter. It is adjustable to three vertical positions for a variety of user heights and leg lengths. The eight position reversible crutches feature wide and open bar catches for both standard and Olympic size straight bars and are safely adjusted to the desired height with a large screw in knob. The crutches can also be reversed to allow for usage as a squat stand.

The uprights can be then placed in the sturdy dip stand holder tubes to allow users to take advantage of the rubber textured dip handles that are welded to the uprights. The fact that they are welded to the uprights rather than bolted or attached in assembly ensures that you have the sturdiest and most stable base possible on the EF-4421. The front upright tubes in which the adjustable crutches are placed also feature static front hooks found 7.5” down from the bottom crutch position for bar storage or usage as a resting location for your straight bar. All of these features combine with a 2.5” thick padded seat and an equally padded and tapered backrest, a well-built 14 gauge steel frame and a professional neat appearance.
