An Olympic bench that includes all attachments and accessories as a part of its package is an invaluable piece of your home gym. The 30.75” L x 8.25”-11.25” W backrest features five positions ranging from decline to incline with a steel bar fitted into notches found on the rack. The additional Military position adjusts separately from the remaining back positions and is held into place with a ball-bearing fitted pin.

The 5-position seat pad measures 12.5” L x 11”-13.25” W and includes 2.5” thick padding for the utmost comfort during long or strenuous workouts. Also included is a thickly cushioned preacher pad (2” thick with 3.5” thick roll) with six unique vertical adjustments. The 16.5”-21W W x 13” H preacher pad can be used either with the included removable curl bar that is attached to the leg developer or with your favorite free weight/dumbbell curl device. This allows for isolation of the biceps muscle to resist the loss of impact that can occur if your elbows swing during a repetition.

The dual action leg developer features a comfortable 4” kneepad at the hinge point of the EF-4422’s front attachment point to cushion your knee during both leg curls and leg extensions. This leg developer can also be locked to the front upright which affords you the ability to use the unit as a decline ab bench. The standard size plate post with included removable Olympic adapter and spring collar allows your plate weights to be used as resistance in exercises using both the leg attachment and arm curl bar attachment.

When using the EF-4422 as a rack, the reversible crutches feature six positions for a variety of upper body routines using the bench in the forward facing position as well as squat stand capabilities when the uprights are rear facing. The uprights are then completed with safety hooks and secured into the desired position with a screw in lock knob. All the functionality of the EF-4422 is completed with a 14-gauge frame featuring a heavy weight capacity to provide a long lasting and immensely versatile Olympic weight bench.
