If you have an EF bench with expansion abilities (a hollow front tube with a front facing adjustment knob) then the EF-4426 is a great choice for increasing the workouts available on your existing bench. The EF-4426 is a carefully designed preacher curl attachment with three vertical adjustments.

The attachment fits securely into an EF bench you already have that is compatible with the EF-4426. The 13” L x 16.25”-21” W pad is tilted for the maximum benefit to your bicep curls.
