This 2" x 2" powder coated steel preacher curl bench is one of the most versatile curl benches ever developed. It's thick and fully adjustable elbow and seat pads allow you the maximum comfort possible for you're work out. Build and sculpt your biceps with this compact yet affordable unit.

Concentration Bicep Curls: Begin by sitting on the edge of a bench with your feet about a foot apart and flat on the floor. Hold the curl bar in a firm grip in your hands and your elbows on the bench. Curl the bar upwards, and then slowly lower it back down. Take care not to use momentum; instead the movement should be a controlled one. Repeat 8-12 times per set.
