Many people consider roman chairs limited in the exercises possible but the EF-7610 provides for many routines and thus benefits on the same machine.

Some very popular alternatives are sit-ups, reverse crunches and knee lifts. The cushions were constructed of scrap foam pieces glued together and inferior wood as their bases.
