Many people consider roman chairs limited in the exercises possible but the EF-7610 provides for many routines and thus benefits on the same machine.
Users can train, strengthen and create flexibility in the complete core (sides, abs and back), hips, spine, hamstrings and glutes. These advantages make roman chairs in general very popular in rehab and sports training as well as for posture assistance and waistline trimming. The EF-7610 keeps these features in mind while combining the most posh and heavy-duty features in a compact foot print. Thickly cushioned dual hip pads provide comfort for users of multiple hip widths and provide a sturdy base for back extensions and ab training. The ankle roll pads are also comprised of 4.33” thick vinyl wrapped foam and capped with chrome end caps for comfort and stability when locking your ankles into position before a workout. Throughout the routine, regardless of speed or direction, the wide U bar and skid proof rubber end caps eliminate rocking, sliding or swaying and the ergonomic textured handle bars keep the user in place to reach the maximum benefit.
The most popular exercise done on roman chairs is the back extension. While this is the primary reason people start shopping around for a roman chair, there are several other exercises possible. Some very popular alternatives are sit-ups, reverse crunches and knee lifts. These are all easily performed while sitting or laying on the hip pads and allow for great flexibility in the benefits you receive from a roman chair. Sit-ups and reverse crunches on the EF-7610 are specifically positive as being up off the floor when performing the exercise allows you to move well past a neutral position and achieve a more well rounded movement. Knee lifts and reverse crunches on the EF-7610 also target the lower abs, which is often a difficult area to find any variety in training.
The entire frame of the EF-7610 is made of thick square steel with solid steel bolts at all joining points. Thick padding, wrapped in sweat and crease resistant vinyl with sturdy seams top this rugged frame. The final touches in the handles include finger-molded designs of the highest quality rubber. This all creates an attractive addition to a home gym or as a stand-alone piece of fitness equipment for most rooms or decors.

11 Gauge Steel Frame EF Products main focus is to bring consumers fitness equipment at the most affordable prices without sacrificing quality. This model is constructed of the finest 11 gauge 2" x 2" and 2" x 3" steel instead of the normal 14 gauge (2" x 2" only) seen throughout the fitness equipment industry.
EF Products takes pride in producing the safest fitness equipment possible and ensuring consumers get the best piece of equipment for their money. In fact, EF Products stands behind it's equipment by offering generous warranties for the entire product line (see warranty information above for more information).

Oversized 4.33" Rollers The industry standard foam rollers are nice but they have no barrier between themselves and the user's sweat while they workout. Imagine those rollers after daily use for even a time period such as a month. With the EF Products' superior quality vinyl rollers, you can put your mind at ease. Our rollers are wrapped in soft, comfy vinyl that resist sweat and are easily cleaned with a wet rag.
| In addition, the chrome plated end caps, by far, surpass other manufacturers' plastic end caps. They're more durable and give your fitness equipment a nice, elegant finish. |

Hi-Density Foam Padding Do you know what is in the padding of your fitness equipment? We opened up various manufacturers' cushions and we were astonished at what we found. |
The cushions were constructed of scrap foam pieces glued together and inferior wood as their bases.
EF Products is proud to announce we use only high quality, hi-density foam and select pieces of 3/4" plywood in our cushions. We also give our customers a whopping 3" of padding versus the normal 2" industry standard making our cushions the most comfortable on the market.
