items sold by Bayou Fitness are covered under a 30 day return policy. A
customer must phone or email Bayou Fitness Products during normal business
hours within the first 30 day period (beginning the day the item is delivered)
to be granted a Return Authorization Number. This RA number must accompany the
package when it is returned. The RA is valid for 10 days and the item must be
returned within that period. The package must return in the original box with
all attachments and accessories via the same type of carrier (if the item
arrived on a pallet with a freight company, it must be returned on a pallet
with a freight company, if it arrived via FedEx or UPS, it can be returned with
FedEx or UPS). Many of our items ship from the manufacturer or sallelite
warehouses so the package must return to the address provided on the RA return
form that is emailed to you. If the item purchased is a DVD or CD, the plastic
wrap must be unopened. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will
be issued only to the original method of payment, less all applicable initial
shipping fees (there are no initial shipping fees deducted if the item has free
shipping), any fees for broken or missing parts or improper returns and a
minimum 15% restocking fee (some manufacutrers charge a higher fee so please
visit the ad for the product to learn if a higher restocking fee is charged).
The return freight must be prepaid by the consignee and failure to do so (i.e.
returning the item C.O.D. or refusing the delivery of the item) will result in
the initial shipping amount Bayou Fitness paid on the item (regardless of the
shipping cost originally paid by the consignee) and full return shipping and
handling fees being deducted from the refund. Always insure the item and make
careful note of the tracking number for the returning package. This will aid in
any claims should the package be lost or damaged in shipping.</span>

		<title><![CDATA[Can I place an order with a different billing address and shipping address?]]></title>
		<description><![CDATA[<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">Yes, as long as both addresses are located inside the contiguous United States, you can place an order online without an issue. Once the order is received, it will be held until our Fraud Detection Division speaks with the cardholder on the phone however so be sure to provide the phone number associated with your billing address to avoid any spoiled gifts or surprises for the recipient. The delivery estimate stated on the ad for shipping does not begin until our Fraud Detection Division speaks with the cardholder. If your billing address is located outside the contiguous US and your shipping address is located inside the contiguous US, you will need to place your order over the phone during business hours (8A-5P CST, Monday-Friday). Our Address Verification System online cannot validate a non-contiguous US address so the order cannot be placed online in this case.</font>

		<title><![CDATA[I have already made an order online, how can I change my shipping address, phone number or contact name?]]></title>

<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">If the order has not been processed/shipped then you would
simply reply to your Order Confirmation email with this request. The subject
line and the entirety of the Order Confirmation text must remain intact below
the request for cancellation. If the order has already processed/shipped, no
information can be adjusted. No adjustments can be made over the phone or through chat.</font>

Due to the price of shipping and duties/taxes, we cannot ship to international addresses.</font>
