I received the wrong product. What do I do now?
While this is very rare, our warehouse workers are human so this can occur but obviously you will not have any additional fees or charges. Please notify us via email (email@example.com) as soon as you receive the item with your order number and the model number of the item you actually received (this should be printed on the box somewhere). Be sure to leave the item in the same box with the original FedEx label intact so we can see which agent pulled the package. When we receive your email, we will email you a prepaid return label. As soon as our Shipping Department sees that the item has been dropped off at a FedEx location, they will automatically create a new order so you can receive new tracking information. For your convenience, you will not need to notify us once you have dropped off the item as the Shipping Department monitors this for you. You should receive the second shipment in approximately the same time frame as you received the original incorrect shipment.
