Can I cancel my order?

If the item has not shipped or has not been sent to the manufacturer for drop shipping, please reply to your Order Confirmation email to request this cancellation. If the order has already been shipped or sent to the manufacturer for drop shipping, it cannot be cancelled. If you have received an email with tracking numbers, this means that the order cannot be canceled, regardless of the status of the tracking data. Orders cannot be canceled via phone or live chat, only by replying to the Order Confirmation email with the request.
