Can I place an order with a different billing address and shipping address?
Yes, as long as both addresses are located inside the contiguous United States, you can place an order online without an issue. Once the order is received, it will be held until our Fraud Detection Division speaks with the cardholder on the phone however so be sure to provide the phone number associated with your billing address to avoid any spoiled gifts or surprises for the recipient. The delivery estimate stated on the ad for shipping does not begin until our Fraud Detection Division speaks with the cardholder. If your billing address is located outside the contiguous US and your shipping address is located inside the contiguous US, you will need to place your order over the phone during business hours (8A-5P CST, Monday-Friday). Our Address Verification System online cannot validate a non-contiguous US address so the order cannot be placed online in this case.
