Is there a bump or catch when the glideboard crosses the break in the rails where the unit folds?

Any product that folds (regardless of where or how it folds) will have a hinge point. On Total Trainers there are steel/aluminum inserts (depending on the unit) made to fill the space between the rails and reduce this issue. In addition, the rollers are placed on the top and bottom of the glideboard in such a way that if exercises are done properly the rollers should not cross the gap. In truth, these rollers should only ever cross the break in the rails when the glideboard is returning to the resting position.
