Bring spinning into your home with the affordable LifeSpan S2 Indoor Bike! This easy to use exercise bike gives you the natural feel of cycling outdoors, providing smooth transitions as you simulate riding on flat ground to climbing hills. The multi-position seat and handlebars are fully adjustable both in height and fore/aft positions, allowing any size user to be in proper indoor bike position. Often indoor bikes have only a height adjustment, but the fore and aft adjustment is important to compensate for torso, arm and leg length. Finally, the seat and pedals are standard components, allowing you to interchange with your own seat and pedals if desired.

Quality Construction
The S2 bike is constructed with a heavy gauge steel frame, 40 lbs. balanced flywheel, Poly-V drive belt, micro-adjustable resistance knob with push brake, three-piece forged crank set, and alloy pedals with sealed bearings. These bike components combine to provide a natural cycling feel with smooth transitions as you ride.

Multi-Position Handlebars and Seat
The LifeSpan S2 Indoor Bike is fully adjustable so you can ride in proper spin position. Just set the seat and handlebars to the proper height and to the proper forward/aft position (many indoor bikes offer only adjustable height). The added feature of the fore/aft adjustments on the S2 bike give you an even better fit for your torso, arm and leg length. Whether you're 4' 11" or 6' 5" you will ride comfortably on the S2 bike.

Proper Body Positioning on the LifeSpan S2 Indoor Bike
For the most effective workout on the LifeSpan S2 indoor bike it is important for your body to be in proper position. When you sit on the seat, your knee should be slightly bent when the pedal is at the furthest point of rotation from your body. You should be able to pedal without locking your knee or shifting in the seat. The pedal straps should be tight enough to keep the ball of your foot on the pedals throughout the complete pedal rotation.
