The ProForm® Perspective™ 1000 Elliptical Machine has 20 preset personal trainer workouts that automatically adjust the resistance of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight loss or performance goals. Also included are two heart rate control programs that help you stay in the right training zone by automatically increasing the resistance when you need to raise your heart rate and decreasing the
resistance when you need to lower it. An indicator light lets you know when it is time to work a little harder or slow down. It also features two learned programs that you can customize yourself.
