Body and Soul Compilation gives you four exciting workouts that target total body flexibility and strength. These workouts are simple to follow yet challenging for all levels of ability.

Stretch Bound is a full body stretch workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The workout will stretch every part of your body, from your head to you toes.

Yoga Bound is a combination of yoga and Urban Rebounding postures using the urban Rebounder as a prop to aid in balance and coordination.

Core Bound is a challenging workout that uses the Urban Rebounder as a tool to develop better balance and coordination. Most postures are Pilates based and are done on the Urban Rebounder.

Abdominal Bound is an intense abdominal workout done entirely on the Urban Rebounder. The soft surface of the Urban Rebounder makes Abdominal Bound a whole lotta fun!


Sports Compilation gives you four exciting sports-themed workouts to keep you bouncing and burning while having fun. These workouts are designed for athletes and non-athletes alike.

Sports Specific Bound simulates real sports specific training drills and will make you feel like an athlete. The workout will give you conditioning for your favorite activity and enhances you ahtletic ability with balance challenges.

Kick Bound is a total body workout that is entirely done on the Urban Rebounder. The kicks in the workout are safe but challenging. This cardiovascular workout is considered advanced.

Box and Bounce is all the boxing you love without the impact to your joints. Take the upper body postures of boxing and kickboxing and add the lower postures of the Urban Rebounder Core Moves to make a powerful cardiovascular workout!

Resistance Bound is a total body workout using one pound malleable sand weights to increase resistance. All major muscle groups are targeted.


Past and Present Compilation gives you four exciting workouts that bring together the best from the days of the old and todays hottest trends. These workouts can be adapted to any level of fitness.

Senior Bound is a fun and effective workout for seniors or individuals who have been inactive. The workout uses the stabilizing bar, giving added balance.

Interval Bound is an interval workout that is easy to follow and combines sports specific postures and traditional Hi-Lo movments paired with unique recovery periods.

Old Fashioned Hi/Lo Bound is a unique cardiovascular workout that combines old aerobic postures from the seventies and eighties and gives them a modern urban feel.

Hip Hop Bound is a funky cardiovascular workout on the Urban Rebounder. The workout takes some of the Urban Rebounding Core postures to the next level with urban flair.

Ballet Bound is an intense cardiovascular workout that takes core ballet postures and combines them with the Urban Rebounding Intermediate and Advanced moves.

African Bound is a high intensity cardiovascular workout utilizing African dance movements on the Urban Rebounder. The music is a mixture of African and Caribbean rhythms and melodies

Latin Bound is a cardiovascular workout that mimics traditional Latin dance postures. The Urban Rebounding Core Postures will be enhanced with a Latin flair.
