The BF-7 Valor Fitness Olympic Bench with spotter stand is strong, solid, dependable and built to last.  No moving parts just, a solid piece of steel equipment. The 3" high density rebounding pad contours for stability and allows your shoulders to have the proper freedom of movement. Spotter stand can be attached for when your best is just a little shy of the bar catch. Keep working though, you’ll get there! Maximum weight capacity is 350 lbs plus user's weight.
